Always playing games, multiple times we have come to get a rental that was already paid for and they tell us the reservation was switched to Newark, effectively messing up our entire schedule as well as the work schedule of the person dropping us off. And if we want a car from this location we have to pay more, thats definitely a scam. Never again
The customer service representative Casey was very nice and helpful and the cars they had were awesome too!!!
I have used this location for years when I travel for work. The owners and staff are amazing! The cars are always clean and never anything wrong with them. This includes never having issues with low tire pressure or low or empty washer fluid - common at other rental places. They truly care about their customers and I value the excellent service they have provided me over the years. I fully recommend you use this Avis location for your rental car needs.
