I had a great experience with Avis, thanks to Casey! She was extremely helpful to my husband throughout the car rental process and provided excellent customer service. Casey was friendly, professional, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Her kindness and willingness to help really stood out. Avis is lucky to have someone like Casey on their team. Highly recommend!
I have to give a HUGE thank you to Jesse at Avis at the New Castle De Airport!! He was AMAZING helping me through the rental process, was very patient due a minor hiccup caused by me, he got me a beautiful luxury SUV to take my daughter to her very first concert!!! Thank you SO SO much Jesse & Avis!!!!
