Great employees and great deals
The car rental process takes way too long for both pickup and drop-off. Because of their delays, I ended up being charged an extra hour for $37.50 plus tax. While the staff is friendly, I cannot accept being overcharged due to their slow service. I will be disputing this charge.
I booked days in advance. I received confirmation email the morning of pickup. I go to pick up the car, they said they don't have one?! Now I dont have a car to get to the exam I was supposed to take?! Oh my God? Why? So unethical! Boo
Horrible experience!! They moved the office and sent me a confirmation email with the wrong address. I only found out via a sign on the door. I had to pay for another expensive Uber to get to the correct location and was late for a meeting. Never using Avis again.
I rent to drive for Uber, and I live in San Jose. To make a long story short, I travel from San Jose to pick up my rental all the way to this location on 98th, who are moving to a new location on San Leandro on Washington ave , Only because this two wonderful people make my trip worthy, they are excellent, Costumer service, friendly, helpful on what they can, I been renting now for about one year, and I'm following them to there new location, I feel like a family member I'm truly happy with them I highly reccomemd them!!!
