The vehicle I received smelled bad and was FILTHY inside and out. I couldn't even use the cup holders because they were so disgusting (seemed like the previous renter spilled a sugary drink, it dried, and now was collecting dirt). They clearly did not clean the vehicle and certainly didn't sanitize it in between renters. I was quoted $90 a day for a coupe with no flexibility in price. I begrudgingly took it because I thought I had no other choice at the time. I canceled my reservation almost immediately, but the pending transaction has been held for over two weeks. I never even picked up the car. Customer support offered no real help, and my bank says I have to wait another week before the funds are released. The in-person service was unprofessional and left a poor impression.

The first SUV we got, we had barely gotten out of the parking lot and tore light came on. The gas was almost empty so we stopped and filled it up and put air in the tire. Car stunk sooo bad.. got home and sprayed Lysol in it and had to clean it up before we could pack it. As we were packing it, I noticed the tire was low on air again. Did the soap test and found the hole.. then I noticed two of the four tires were slick as glass. Took SUV back and got another one.
