Staff was extremely helpful and very professional upon pick up and drop off. I travel extensively throughout the year and this is by far the best Avis rental car center I have encountered.
The lady behind the counter is the sweetest person ever and made the whole experience awesome. super helpful and polite . just don't treat her like she is beneath you and everything should go swimmingly :) . would definitely recommend getting your car from here. And yes the weird times are correct. they tend to be open when planes come in and or leave
DO NOT RENT CARS FROM HERE EVER!! This company places a $250 deposit on their cars AND DOES NOT SAY THIS ANYWHERE WHEN RENTING!! I just got here to get my car and they have thrown $250 extra on my bill without telling you beforehand, and if you don’t have it they toss you out in the street! My mother just passed away and they have left me completely stranded at the airport
Different Nicholas, Same story. from avis support if you drive less than 75 miles they assume because the gas gauge might not have moved they should charge you not 15.99 but 19.54 after taxes. You have to wonder if that means they at least topped it off before giving it to the next person. My Facebook post lol AVIS charged me 19 bucks because I drove under 75 miles, even though I more than topped off the tank on the way to the airport. Hertz Charged me for a full tank of gas once in Denver after topping off the car as well. ... read more
Terrible experience I rented a minivan from Dallas and drove to here in Rocksprings cause i had a lot of stuffs to bring here I booked a sedan and at the same time i returned my minivan I returned my minivan and supposed to get a sedan but this old man was saying we dont have car here just take your minivan They charged me more cause im taking a minivan So confused why the hell they dont have car Guys PLEASE rent a car from enterprise or from Utah airport
