Absolutely the best car rental experience we’ve ever had! The staff at Avis in Rock Springs were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out exactly the way we needed it to, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Exceptional customer service and just genuinely wonderful people to work with. We will absolutely rent from them again anytime we’re in the area. **10/10 recommend!**
The hrs are different. 8 to 3:00 and 9:00pm to 10:30. I arrived at 3:30, my fault. Other than that excellent no problems
Staff was extremely helpful and very professional upon pick up and drop off. I travel extensively throughout the year and this is by far the best Avis rental car center I have encountered.
The lady behind the counter is the sweetest person ever and made the whole experience awesome. super helpful and polite . just don't treat her like she is beneath you and everything should go swimmingly :) . would definitely recommend getting your car from here. And yes the weird times are correct. they tend to be open when planes come in and or leave
DO NOT RENT CARS FROM HERE EVER!! This company places a $250 deposit on their cars AND DOES NOT SAY THIS ANYWHERE WHEN RENTING!! I just got here to get my car and they have thrown $250 extra on my bill without telling you beforehand, and if you don’t have it they toss you out in the street! My mother just passed away and they have left me completely stranded at the airport
