Said they didn’t have the car I reserved, and wanted to charge more.
Do not use this location. Went to return the car, the gate was closed, a sign said to wait or call a number. Called that number, and was told no one would be back for 20 minutes and to leave the keys in the drop box. A man in shorts and a t-shirt, with no Avis attire on and a cigarette in his hand tried to take the keys from me. I said I would put them in the dropbox. He began to swear and get aggressive at me. Refused to tell me his name. I called Avis customer service and they couldn't do anything about it. Truly the worst... read more
