I’ve been renting from this location for years for work travel, and I truly can’t say enough great things about my experience. Shirley and Donelle are incredibly warm and welcoming. The entire process is always smooth, and reliable. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in the area. I have a ton of different options for places to rent from but there is a reason I always find myself at this location and the people are the biggest one.
If I could give Avis/Budget a 0 star rating I would. I reserved a vehicle 3 months prior and prepaid. They didn't have the vehicle or even close to similar available. Not ab email text or phone call to even let me know. I spent 3 hours going to other locations that I was told would have something but no they did not. Here I am ready for a trip but no car. Thanks a lot!
Donell and Shirley were wonderful to rent from! I will only rent from them in the future, it was a great experience.
