Terrible experience! I booked a standard SUV for a 7-hour move from Columbus to DC and called multiple times to confirm if it was ready. Each time, I was told it was. But when I arrived, the same staff member said only a hatchback was available, and I’d have to wait 2–3+ hours for the SUV — with no clear timeline or update. Watch out; this place is deceiving and unorganized. Even after I called to make sure my rental was ready, it took over an hour to get the keys. I then asked if I could drop it off on Sunday before they opened and not get charged for another day. I was told that was okay, but on my final receipt, I was charged for another day's rental. I called to get a credit, and they would not budge. Steer clear.

If I could give them a zero stars I would! They charged me a bogus charge for a tire that only needed air and it cost me $100!!! They never told me that they were charging me and just put the charge on my card. DO NOT RENT THERE!! If you do not watch your card, you could wake up to new charges and they will be listed as miscellaneous charges!
