They delivered a dirty vehicle that smelled like animals. They never asked whether anyone have allergies, which is completely unacceptable. The customer service provided by the employee who assisted us was terrible. Your staff should be properly trained. When you sell a service, you should have employees who solve problems, not people who ruin your customers’ vacations. Lisa was so helpful and so uplifting qith her spirits. She helped me swiftly and even told me if I needed help with the car to come in and she would help me. I am a young driver with zero rental expirence of my own and lisa truly was helpful and loving. She makes you feel like you've known her a lifetime. The rental has been amazing and so helpful. We've been able to go places with the vehicle and that was truly needed for this trip! Weird though as soon as I left I got almost to corning and the tires keep deflating quick. N... read more
