Awful! Just got off the phone with Avis. Two extra charges given by Tomas and deposit fee of $200 not reimbursed. We picked up and dropped off within the designated timeframe. At pick-up time our level of car that we reserved was not available, Tomas said the upgrade would be free. We were charged for the upgrade and also charged for an extra day when the car was returned on time. It is supposed to take a week for Avis to take care of this and give us our money back (with an expedited case number). Wish we could call T... read more
