I’ve had mixed experiences here. On the one hand, when I *do* get a car, the staff are helpful and the cars are in good shape. Easy peasy. Other times, I’ve shown up and had no record of my reservation, despite booking directly from Avis. Last time I tried to rent, I called 3 times during weekday business hours, and nobody answered the phone. I’d definitely say the reliability is lacking here.

Trying to get a hold of location to confirm rental. Have left several messages no return calls and a very stressful situation since we have to travel a long way to get to PSQ...there should always be back up for a corporate company.

I would like to thank the agent atthe Avis counter for his help in allowing me to make my flight. I had accidentally returned rental key to dropbox (4:30am branch not open yet) but realized i had left my backpack with IDs etc locked in the rental car. I called the listed number fully mentally preparing myself to miss the flight and stay another day. Avis agent called back about 10min later just in time to help guide airport security to unlock the office areas and get the key to the dropbox and allow me to get my backpack out... read more

Absolutely terrible location. I get that they are a remote location, but they utilize zero technology. So getting your receipt, or help with anything when they aren’t there - non existent. Then you try and call - but no one ever answers….just overall a terrible location to do business with.
