Avoid at All Costs Completely Disorganized and Unreliable This was by far the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. The company clearly has no system in place to manage the reservations they accept. Despite having a confirmed booking, I call ahead to find no vehicle available and I wasn’t the only one. Several other customers were left stranded with the same issue. To make matters worse, many of the cars I was told several were out of service. We select this location because of the clean vehicles. The cars rented at this location have been the cleanest cars I’ve ever encountered. I’ve rented from several different locations in the past.
