Pauletta was our customer service rep and was extremely kind and worked with our circumstances. We had to swap vehicles because of an odor from the person who rented the vehicle before and within minutes, she got us into another vehicle, hassle, free. This was honestly the best experience I’ve had renting a vehicle and I highly recommend Avis out of Canton Georgia.
Avoid at All Costs Completely Disorganized and Unreliable This was by far the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. The company clearly has no system in place to manage the reservations they accept. Despite having a confirmed booking, I call ahead to find no vehicle available and I wasn’t the only one. Several other customers were left stranded with the same issue. To make matters worse, many of the cars I was told several were out of service.
