I’ve rented from this Avis location before, but this experience was disappointing and frustrating. We rented a vehicle with a scheduled return time of 12:00 PM on Sunday. We arrived at 12:08 PM, well within the 15-minute courtesy grace period that Avis typically provides. We also returned the vehicle with more fuel than we received.
