Having made an online reservation with Avis, I arrived at Avis Coral Spring only to find that my reserved vehicle was unavailable. I needed a six-passenger vehicle, but Avis provided me with a five-passenger one and asked me to return four hours later to pick up the six-passenger vehicle. To my surprise, the six-passenger vehicle was still unavailable upon my return. However, as compensation for the inconvenience, Avis upgraded me to a luxury eight-passenger vehicle.
