I use it repeatedly for a car to go to Los Angeles. Good selection.clean cars. Good responsible staff.
They tried to rent me a car that has no insurance or registration this whole year. The guy at the front argued with me when I brought it back for this and said I would be charged for a day anyways because I had the keys. Horrible service and horrible attitude.
Extremely rude and unprofessional on both the drop off and pick up. When we dropped the car off (that we picked up from San Francisco airport, so it wasn’t even one of his rentals), my wife was getting her things out of the car and he rushed up on her and demanded the keys. She said “I’m just getting some things out real quick” and he made her step away and demanded the keys again. He walked away to the office without saying anything expecting her to just follow him.
