Slime and grime. Don’t trust this place. Rent somewhere else where they don’t screw you.
Very smooth process, great car, and Avis staff went above and beyond, upgrading us and helping us adjust our reservation to meet our needs.
Normally i like the avis prefered service but i guess every rule has it's exception. This visit got us into a car that was dirty and has little damages that was not disclosed before but the sales person wanted me to sing the form stating that the car shows no damages before going out and seeing it. Also, we were told, that there were few gas stations on route to SFO so we should buy into their fuel option. Luckily we didn't. Conclusion: normally Avis is great for me, not so much for this experience.
