Smooth and kind drop off. Recommended
Worst experience ever. Dave is the rudest person I’ve ever seen. This place is a fraud. They added $300 worth of charges incorrectly for insurance and refused to take it off. I would give it zero stars if I can. I would never go to this rental again. You have to change your employees, and stop racking false charges on your customers.
Got proper support from the host at AVIS on 2nd January 2025, properly explained all the details and clarified my doubts, since I'm new here
Dave and John were both very helpful with our rental and gave us all the resources we needed for a successful trip! Thank you so much.
