“I usually don’t leave reviews unless I’ve had a really bad experience—but this time I felt I had to share a great one. I book through a business app or Avis app directly. When I arrive customer service is 5*. Always accommodating. Inventory is usually not an issue. Convenient location vs traveling to major hubs like airport. Please doing business with this location.
Please be aware that sometimes there is a lady that’s working up front, her name is Elizabeth, and even though David, the owner, claims that she knows the consequences of lying to the customer, she still does. We had to switch the rental of the car from my dad’s name to my name because she said that computer FLAGGED for her that he has a foreign card - even though it was never an issue literally 3 days before when we were renting a different car, but there was a very nice guy up front who put it all together in their system ... read more
Very disappointing experience with David. I arrived Friday at 5 PM, and he confirmed big SUVs and trucks were available with Saturday pricing, he then revealed he doesn’t work Saturdays. He made me wait nearly 50 minutes, served others first, and finally claimed the system was “locked” for Saturday bookings—while pushing me to rent on Sunday instead. The associated put insurance on without asking me. After I told him that I already have insurance and don’t need another one. He lied and said that it is company’s policy that I have to buy the insurance, otherwise I cannot get the car. I was in a hurry and need the car for travel.
