My experience with pickup and returning from this location has been great. I rented one way rentals to and from JFK this month and am satisfied with vehicles as well service at both locations. Dave at this location needs special mention for his helpful tips as well as well as welcoming behavior. I recommend this place and personally continue to rent until I have Dave and this level of service. He made pickup and drop off task seem fun.
Terrible. Will not honor bookings made directly with Avis. Staff was hostile and repeatedly lied to customers.
This is my go-to location when I travel the mid-atlantic and northeast for work. I have had great experiences renting with the Avis branch in Frazer/Malvern, PA. Extra shout out to David who I have seen most recently the last few times. He is personable, has excellent recommendations, and really tries to make the customer's experience a great one.
I’ve been renting from this Avis location for several years and always had a great experience. The staff are friendly and professional, the cars are newer and well-maintained, and on the rare occasion a vehicle needed service, it was handled quickly and conveniently. Pricing has also been very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a rental in the area.
