Xiong at the AVIS/BUDGET car rental was amazing. He came into the office on his own time to make sure we were able to pick up a car a full day ahead of our original reservation. What company has ever provided that kind of service? And picking up the car was fast and easy. Thank you Xiong for putting a real cherry on top of our vacation!

This location is 5/5 in terms of service. John worked tirelessly to ensure that we were taken care of. Much appreciated and so refreshing in a world of bad customer service. “We try harder” is your company slogan but obviously, you’re not trying hard enough. We stopped by this location during posted business hours for a quick contract update to add a driver. The doors were locked. No signage. No explanation. Just empty. This isn’t just inconvenient, it’s unprofessional. And it could impact our ability to make our flight home. If you advertise that you’re open, the be open. Reliability matters and right now, you’re falling short.
