This place is so awesome. Their prices are included with the rental price. They will give you the entire price over the phone. I highly recommend this place.
The Avis reservation process online was great, but no one was at the office at 9:00 am when I went to pick up my reservation. Left me on the doorstep in the cold waiting for 15 min before they finally showed up to let me in and get my reservation started late. Everything else went well.
DO NOT USE Avis Budget. I was charged for damage we DID NOT DO to their rental vehicle on an international trip. Trying to get someone to assist resulted in a lot of time being wasted. TOTALLY DISGUSTED. Do not patronize this company. I do not know how these people sleep at night.
