Had a terrible experience at this location once before but wanted to try again. I shouldn't have been surprised when I was once again disappointed by the service, lack of professionalism and the refusal to honor points here. Worth the tax to go to the airport instead.

I scheduled a 7:30 AM pickup and arrived on time. The store operator, DJ, unlocked the door at 7:03 AM without so much as a hello—just walked to the counter silently. I told him I had a reservation made online. He asked for my ID and credit card with no greeting or acknowledgment. Based on past reviews, I was already hesitant, but chose this location due to its proximity to my job. We made the online reservation- no problem. When picking up, we were told our card was no good and had to be issued a refund. Makes complete no sense because they had no problem taking the initial payment. We finally got it sorted out. Upon further inspection, the vehicle given was DIRTY! Dirt, trash AND BEER BOTTLES. Completely unacceptable. The AC is also not working right. NEVER USING OR RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY. My bad on not looking at reviews, because it’s apparent that y’all are awful.

I returned a 1 day rental car on 3/20 and the guy charged me $120 extra in mileage without even going out to the car and checking the dashboard. My dumass didn’t look at the receipt since I’ve never had issues renting from Avis for 10 years
