I booked my reservation two months in advance to pick up my rental at 730am for my daughters graduation… was told I needed to call the night before to check to see if they had the rental available, I called was told I would get a call back mind you this is towards their closing time, I was called two hours later to be told my reservation MIGHT be ready until 11 am.. and if not I could call around other Avis places to see what they have!!! I was so disappointed in the response and customer service!!! No consideration at all!!... read more
