Apparently you need a proof of residence like utility bill to rent the car bc they think YOU will steal it I felt discriminated, what a waste of time , they are definitely losing money . Don’t rent from this location , they can make it right by emailing me and letting me rent .
I rented the car for Uber through this Avis DJ is great but the other guy that works there I’m not even sure if his name he has a very condescending tone. He talks to me like I’m stupid like I don’t know what’s going on or what I’m doing nothing was completely explained to me about how this works and I just hate every time I call. I hate talking to him. He is horrible. His customer service sucks. I don’t know why he’s in this field, but he should not Be.
