We didn’t even get a chance to experience the car rental service because the women at the front desk barely lifted their heads to tell us they could not help us. They seemed upset that we even approached the desk, so we went to Enterprise which was incredibly helpful

Honestly, this was one of the wildest experiences I’ve had with a desk agents. They wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge me, and then they looked at each other as if neither of them wanted to deal with me, almost like they were silently passing me off to the other person. Four people sitting at the desk and very annoyed they had to help us in anyway.

Terrible location, got off our flight and they had ran out of cars, just a sold out sign and no workers present. No point in reserving here. Do not recommend using ever.

Booked a prepaid car here. Called to make sure that they would be open late because we'd be flying in around midnight - they said they'd be open until 1AM. Flight arrives around 12:15am, and there's NO ONE there. Just a hand-made sign that looks like it was scribbled down by a 3rd grader informing us that we were completely out of luck, and left stranded in upper Vermont at 1AM. The day I picked up the car it was a big storm in that area. Since Avis did not have any clean car available they offered me a dirty car but with a gas compensation. As I returned the car I got charged extra $180 for gas that they had offered me at the pick up time. Called the customer service many times and now they deny what they had offered me. Terrible experience and waisting so much time. Definitely I would suggest this place to anybody.
