Jody and Jose were very efficient with our transactions. They very quickly took in our rentals and got us our receipts.
Jessica was awesome! She helped us out with a rental when the other rentals were not helpful. She went above and beyond to show us great customer service.
I hereby demand the immediate exoneration of the additional charge being imposed on my account concerning reservation number 04060446US5. On January 23, 2026, I rented a vehicle from the Avis branch at Killeen Airport, with the obligation to return it by 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 25, 2026.
