They were moving so it was chaotic and the car smells of chemicals.
Cedric is amazing, he really pulled through for me when I needed his help and assistance. The car I was provided was new and well maintained. I will be sure to book through this Avis if I’m ever back in the area!

I had a reservation for a truck at the Avis Downtown Memphis location and arrived early in the morning, fully understanding that I was a couple of hours early. I made it clear I was fine waiting — I only wanted to ensure a vehicle would be ready for me at the reserved time. 10 AM comes around (my actual reservation time), and the manager, Cedric, tells me it will be a little longer since the truck is being transferred from another location.
