I experienced some issues at the airport rental location. I went to this location and they solved every issue I had within minutes. Toya and (forgot his name) were amazing. Thank yall so much for making my trip to memphis memorable.

I had a reservation for a truck at the Avis Downtown Memphis location and arrived early in the morning, fully understanding that I was a couple of hours early. I made it clear I was fine waiting — I only wanted to ensure a vehicle would be ready for me at the reserved time. 10 AM comes around (my actual reservation time), and the manager, Cedric, tells me it will be a little longer since the truck is being transferred from another location. I booked on the Juneteenth holiday weekend. I did not get the car I booked, but they were able to give me another car. Location said they could not have called to inform. I was charged the higher rate for the car I wanted rather than the car I received. The representative said there was nothing he could do. From three other agents at different locations I visited to get the larger vehicle I needed and the main customer service number, I learned that information was false.
