When we went to return our Hornet plug in Hybrid we filled it up to the brim right before we went to return it, but the gauge said that there wasn’t a full tank even though if you looked in the filler neck there was no room for more gas and they still marked it as not a full tank and charged us.

My reason for giving Avis Car Rental 2 stars is because on Saturday 2/8/25 I tried renting a vehicle & their entire system crashed the second my dad inserted his card to pay! I was unable to get a rental because of this.

I’ve been meaning to write this review the past few days so I hope I remember her name correctly, but I believe Jasmine helped me at the desk and she was so sweet, helpful, and professional. I had made a mistake booking and she went out of her way to help me with everything . Great experience

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Was on the phone for 45- 1 hour with representatives to see if I could pick up my rental early. After all that time I was told to just go there because it should t be a problem. I drove 45 minutes to the location to pick up my rental and upon arrival I pull in the lot to find all the windows of every vehicle was smashed out! NO WAY TO TALK TO LOCAL OFFICE. INSANE. Why do you have a local number listed if it all goes to a central calling center? The car is defective and I want to know if I can pick up a similar car and I cannot ask that question to the local car rental location, before I go out of my way to go to there. Avis rent a car, highly unrecommended.
