WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE They sent me to two different avis locations but they were all sold out. I have no car and I already paid for it because I have a confirmed reservation I made online the day before. No one is helpful. If I could give zero stars, I would. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENDS MY CALLS - this is insane.
This location has now cancelled our reservations twice on the morning of the reservation. Customer service is consistently poor quality and today was outright unprofessional. Don’t bother calling the number that they have listed. They don’t answer. There is nobody in management to speak to hope to find a resolution. They will also tell you that they moved your reservation to the other side of the county. Don’t worry, they did not because they don’t have the ability to do so.

Yelitza is awesome! I was very worried about an issue with the rental yesterday. Avis 800 customer service gave me conflicting information. Ended up going in person today because I couldn't reach anyone yesterday over the phone and was unable to make it in. Yelitza resolved the issue and was very nice.
