Well, I made reservations for a car online before they opened Uber over to the car rental to find out they had no reservations of me and there was no cars available 🤷♂️ was offered a electric car and also a large minivan. I declined.
Terrible and liars!! In May, I had a reservation booked since January, and they called me the same morning stating they didnt have the vehicle and could not offer any substitues leaving me extremely inconvenienced for my trip. I decided to try again for my next trip this month and made a reservation months in advance and I even went in person the day before to confirm they would have the vehicle and was told there would be no problem.
