Charged me $200 for gas even though I returned it with a full tank. UPDATE: I have now been refunded after emailing support. Reminder to always keep your gas receipts as proof!!
Avis cancelled on me with no warning less than 24 hours before my reservation that I had booked 3 months before the planned date. Don’t books with Avis. They did not have cars available and had overbooked.
The car rentals are located the same building as the airport, which is convenient. The car lot is right next to the building, so it is a short walk.
Charged me $200 for gas even though I returned it with a full tank.
