I landed Kalispell ready to hit the long line for my rental. Long line yes, but they moved us through with crazy quick efficiency. Our representative Shandra was all smiles and gave us some great local advice all while moving us through quickly. She was a real Joy to work with. After a tough experience in Denver this was by far a much better experience.
After a long flight the we were not excited to wait in lines and deal with paperwork. No line to wait in and Sebastian helped process our 2 car rentals quickly & efficiently in a friendly and welcoming manner. Well done Avis!
Craig and Avis to the rescue when Enterprise overbooked! We arrived in Kalispell and within minutes of arriving in line, Craig helped us get a really nice, new Explorer with massaging seats even. So grateful to have a car for our week long trip to MT and grateful for employees like Craig who are so helpful and friendly.
Stanley was very friendly and made our pick up super easy!
