This location is very disappointing. I reserved a car but when I arrived to pick up the car, they told me there were no cars available and they couldn’t help me. They said I’d have to go somewhere else. More professional rental car locations will book you a rental with a competitor if they run out of cars. This location wouldn’t offer me any option for a car. Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes during the check-in and drop-off process (if you want a receipt). There was only one person handling everything, and she was unprofessional and very inefficient. She typed with one finger and continuously made typos, which resulted in asking me to take out my card and license multiple times. The car itself, though it was a model only one year earlier, drove like it was 15 years old and seemed to be in very poor internal condition and wasn't cleaned properly (found an in-n-out wrapper ... read more
