Very nice counter people.
This is absolutely the last time I’ll ever rent from Avis here. Despite taking bookings, they don’t have enough staff, so we waited over an hour while other companies—Hertz, National, Alamo, Enterprise—had no lines at all. People were waiting everywhere, and this is the third time I’ve had this exact experience.
