This reflects a serious failure in customer service, a lack of accountability, and a complete absence of empathy for the commitments and schedules of their customers.

Update: I contacted them like they asked. We're going to let the charges stand, and sorry I guess. Cars are dirty even when they come back from cleaning. You'll get billed for stained seats or anything else they can come up with. This is what they charged me $150 to clean. Oldest rental cars I've seen anywhere. 30k mile averages. Went through 3 broken cars in order to get one, about an hour process.
