The worst experience that I am still dealing with. First I waited over an hour for a dirty vehicle & then they made unauthorized, undescribed charges on my credit card & gave me three different stories as to why. The manager Sandra straight lied to me but she didn’t know I had already spoke to booking.com and they reversed the extra fuel charge (have video of full, clean truck when returned). We had planned a road-trip from Dallas to New Mexico, via Midland (to pickup more relatives). Was a very nice rental, and everything went smoothly! I've had good experiences with AVIS in the past, so I'll keep requesting them in the future!
Absolute worst rental car agency ever. Had the “regular people waiting for over 25 minutes in a line while plane after plane of priority members kept coming through. Refused to rent a car to me even though I paid for it by credit card online, but only had debit since I didn’t have a round trip ticket to midland…. What a bunch of clowns. Google should offer the possibility of 0 stars. I am a constant renter from AVIS all over the world. It so happens that I have a long term rental with AVIS based somewhere else and when I arrived in Midland after having booked a car through my account, they denied me a car stating the aforementioned, concurrent, long-term rental elsewhere.
