Absolute worst rental car agency ever. Had the “regular people waiting for over 25 minutes in a line while plane after plane of priority members kept coming through. Refused to rent a car to me even though I paid for it by credit card online, but only had debit since I didn’t have a round trip ticket to midland…. What a bunch of clowns. Google should offer the possibility of 0 stars. I am a constant renter from AVIS all over the world. It so happens that I have a long term rental with AVIS based somewhere else and when I arrived in Midland after having booked a car through my account, they denied me a car stating the aforementioned, concurrent, long-term rental elsewhere. Im giving 1 star because can not be zero. They just don’t have cars available never . You arrive at airport get a long line and just discover your reservation can not be attended because the car is not available and you need to wait 1 or 2 hours for some car.
