They lie to you about what is needed to rent a car and the back track trying to cover their butt so they don't get in trouble themselves
Absolute horrible company. All they do is charge you for BS charges. They will still your money. Never use them.
I want to thank Bernadette and Alison for going above and beyond in my time in need. I broke down from out of state. I made an appoint with the Enterprise rental and was instructed to come in at 6pm at this location. No one was there to represent the company. So in Bernadette’s and Alison positive and friendly customer service way. They started to find alternatives for me and my young daughter to get home. The world needs more people like you.
