Carlos was A1 helping me get a rental car and so I can get the truck out the shop. His customer service and expertise were extremely helpful. He found me a car at an affordable price and I was able to rent a vehicle for two weeks within my budget. Thank you very much. Avis is still number one compared to progressive over there on I-35 where I'm wasn't happy with their customer service or hospitality. 😎
