We rented the vehicle on Sunday and rental car was smelling real bad. We went back to exchange the car instead of helping us get another car, she gave us febreze. It didn’t not help at all. There is still a bad smell in the car, we rented the car for a month. It is very inconvenient for us to ride with that bad smell. The customer service person didn’t came outside to inspect the car or verify, they just gave us car key and mentioned number of car Parked in parking lot.
