We just picked up our rental car today…an intermediate SUV. It’s a Mazda CX-5. The outside of the car and the windows were so dirty that my husband had to wash it before using it. The inside seems clean. We’ll have to see how the rest of our rental car experience thru Avis/ Budget goes.

WORST CAR RENTAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The pick up went smooth, but the return was hell on earth. An older man was working, i wish i got his name (East African, wears glasses) and he left the store unattended for 20 minutes when we were trying to return the car. We were in the store all by ourselves, literally 0 customer service, just to see the worker take his time walking out of Giant. Do NOT go to this location! In fact you may want to avoid the Avis/Budget group all together! Gabe, the manager should not be dealing with people. On Thursday, I was scheduled to return my rental vehicle and knowing my last meeting was running late I proactively reached out to the location (10 times) I finally gave up and spoke with a intl customer service rep Informed me she could not send them a message and she could not tell me what the late fee would be.
