WORST CAR RENTAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The pick up went smooth, but the return was hell on earth. Do NOT go to this location! In fact you may want to avoid the Avis/Budget group all together! Gabe, the manager should not be dealing with people. On Thursday, I was scheduled to return my rental vehicle and knowing my last meeting was running late I proactively reached out to the location (10 times) I finally gave up and spoke with a intl customer service rep Informed me she could not send them a message and she could not tell me what the late fee would be. They mistakenly (I hope) put a fuel reading of 3/8 when I returned the car with a full tank. Charged me $42 extra and I only realized it days later while doing my budget. I wouldn't trust this avis branch.
Good rental one, but make sure to check all papers before pickup and drop car
