Old dude in there is SO RUDE. I walked in prepared to spend $700+ on a rental for a week and he doesn’t say hello or anything. Looks at me looks away, I speak he finally says something. Then i let him know I’m looking for a rental because my car is being repaired and he says “I don’t have any cars” in a terribly rude tone. No customer service. It stinks & no sense of respect what so ever.
Had a great experience with Avis at the Muddy Branch Location in Gaithersburg . The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. The budget car I rented was clean, comfortable, and reliable, and it was exactly what I needed for my trip. I really appreciated the efficient service and helpful attitude of the team. I would definitely recommend this Avis location and will gladly rent from them again!
I absolutely love Teddy! My husband and I have been coming to Budget for years, and he has always taken exceptional care of us. From happy occasions like our best friends wedding and anniversaries to some of the hardest times, including traveling for funerals, Teddy has consistently been kind, dependable, and accommodating. He always makes sure we’re taken care of and makes the entire process easy. We truly appreciate him and the exceptional service he provides every single time!
This place never gave my security deposit back for my rental it has been 3 months.
