Owen and the crew did the best they could to make sure I was taken care of. Even though they were overwhelmed and overbooked due to the national booking system, they did their best to take care of the customers, and offer solutions to disgruntled renters.
Owen provided outstanding service during my Avis rental experience. He was professional, friendly, and very efficient from start to finish. He made the process smooth and stress-free, answered my questions clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. Great customer service like this really stands out, and Owen made a very positive impression. Avis is lucky to have him.
I’m a review person and I seen this location had not so great reviews , but my experience was different. I had an absolutely seamless experiences getting my vehicle . Albrei was amazing !! Great customer service and I didn’t have an issue getting a car! I will be returning
