The car was not clean which triggered my allergies. However the staff at the location was very nice and accommodating
The car was dirty and the atmosphere was not very clean.
First I did alot of running around to get all the paperwork they need for me to use a debit card. Still was not able. Because if they run your debit card they will not be able to swipe it again until rhe next day! I tried the next day now they said I did a reservation for a small suv. I tried to do a large but it only let you do a stadard SUV The deal he was giving yesterday is not available today. At this point I did not want to go on vacation 😒 to many stipulations. Just get a credit card and be done.
Took my money off my card and then said he didn’t have anything for me and that my money would be refunded. I’m still waiting 3 days later. He was so rude and unprofessional will never be back to this location
Gas was not filled prior to pickup. I was given a vehicle with about 1/3 a tank of gas. Multiple items were still inside the car, including a vape. If these happen to you, be sure to take a picture in advance.
