Had a reservation, but told it would be “hours” before a car would be available. Took a cab to my hotel, came back the next morning and still had to wait an hour before I could get a 10 year old car that was beat all to bejesus and back. Employees gave zero F’s if you got a car or not. Customers just being there annoyed them, and they made it known. Stay away!! Go to hertz, dollar or any other company than Avis/Budget. Update! TERRIBLE, every thing you don't won't in one stop!
