I would not recommend this location. I have been a preferred member for more than 20 years and this is by far the worst support I got. As a customer you expect that customer service be in a solution mode and use judgement, not at this location.
Worst customer service and manager Ricardo is over charging
I don't think they gave me the right size car but the guy who gave it to me was really nice. When I dropped off the car and said something, Simone had nothing but attitude. Not sure how long she has worked there but she needs more training if she stays.
If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD! The WORST customer service on the planet. The employees are extremely disrespectful! I had a reservation for a rental and was told that IF there were a car available, I will be receiving a call. Why would I wait around for a call? Where is the proper customer service for your customers? The manager and female employee who were extremely confrontational refused to provide their names. The entire team here are a disgrace to customer service. The manager included behaves as if customers who are there to support their business are bothering them! If you can’t do the basics of your job, don’t work! The worst people I have ever encountered.
