The wrong return time was entered in by the person that I returned the keys to at Avis. Thus, they charged me extra money that they shouldn’t. I have evidence via video as I took a video of the car when I dropped it off for proof it was returned in the same condition. I never had this problem at enterprise, I only didn’t rent with them as the location close to me is closed on Sunday. I won’t be returning to Avis and I expect for the excessive charges to be returned.

I just wanted to leave a review. I wanted to say I forgot her name but it was about 8:15 AM. I called on. July 7 2025. She was able to answer my questions and she was really patient with me and fully made me understand what was going on with my account. I truly forgot her name but I wanna make sure that she gets the recognition. I know I left a review for another young lady, but this one specifically for her thank you thank you thank you so much. I honestly have had nothing but good experiences from Avis here at Broward mall. Their customer service is TOP TIER and their patience is admirable. I think I’ve had the pleasure to speak with just about all the staff the girls are wonderful and I think he’s the owner is. Amazing too. Thank you guys again so much for your patience and service! Wouldn’t seek business any other place thanks again
