Just picked up the rental. The woman at the front desk horrible customer service. You can tell she doesn't want to be there. Throwing paperwork and the card reader at me because I told her she had an attitude from the beginning. Proceeded to argue with me. She end by saying the car is in the back. This was my first time renting a vehicle ever and ya best believe it's my last renting from this place! Work on your customer service!

The customer service here is nonexistent. The cars are not only mechanically challenged but they are dirty, if not completely filthy. It’s amazing an Avis location can be this dysfunctional and disgusting under their umbrella.

reserved online and drovr extra 20 min to pickup just to tell me there's no more cars and i have drive another 20 minutes to go to arcadia. If i didn't get my dad to drive me and Uber here i would have paid an extra 50 dollars just to pick up a car. This place waste my time and money right before a trip.

Después de haber realizado la reserva con mucha antelación, cuando llegas allí a recoger el coche te dicen que no tienen ninguno disponible. Solo te ofrecen coches eléctricos, ideal si vas a hacer Roadtrip como nosotros... Busca otro lugar, esta empresa es horrible, han arruinado nuestro viaje.

Booked them and prepaid, and then they're going to tell you on the day you were supposed to pick up that they don't have the car and offer you a lesser value car. Then you are going to have to deal with that refund headache. Very bad business practice. It will mess up your planned trip itinerary. Gotta spread the word.
