This location is extremely difficult to work with. They don’t honor upgrades, and every car I’ve driven with them has needed an oil change, had check engine lights on, and needed other maintenance. I have never received a clean car from this location, and in fact, have had filthy cars rented to me, filled with trash at pickup. They are rarely filled with fuel, and nobody at the desk has a clue what is going on, including managers.

Please preface my review by me stating that I rent cars for work with Avis across the country and I would not review unless my experience was grossly negligent. 1. The initial car that I was given was dirty inside. There were dirty socks in the door and the dashboard had dirt on it. 2.
