Staff and branch manager was very helpful, and went out of their way. I wish the Avis at the local branch was even 10% as nice, big difference. Kudos!! Thanks again, loved Sitka by the way!
Great customer experience at Sitka! When my flight was very delayed and did not arrive until 11pm, they were very helpful finding my way to the car and upon my return, helped me find my say to my flight. My first faces at Sitka and i appreciated you!!
