Great front desk support, fine vehicle, clean, organized, easy to use. Worth noting, Sitka does not have very good internet connection overall, and much less so if one is a Verizon customer - so the self check in (at the end) is all web driven and one cannot proceed until this step is complete- I was forced too run into the airport, get connected, then go back out to the car lot to take photos - needed to do this multiple times to complete the transaction; excellent if you need to get your steps in for the day.
