Randel provided us exceptional service and helped us on a road trip from North Carolina to New Orleans. We were not happy with the rental we had received in North Carolina. Randell was courteous, professional, and efficient. We were in a new car and on our way in 15 minutes. Avis would be most fortunate to have more employees like him. Use this Avis location. You'll be happy you did!!
Avis made the whole process effortless, but the real standout was Randall. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful—went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect car. I’ll definitely rent from them again!
My husband reserved a car more than 2 weeks in advance for a trip we are going on, when we went to pick it up they said they didn’t have one available. When asked why we weren’t notified in advance, we were told they were hoping someone would turn one in. They also said they are based off of commission, which I’m sure is why we weren’t notified in advance. I DO NOT recommend using Avis if you are counting on having a car.
I don't know if it's all Avis location or just the one in Lagrange GA., but the information they give at the time of reserving is not explained at all. They are so ready to take your money but no explanation of what's needed and what's could happen at the time of pick up. When I made the reservations I paid for the rental and not for the 250$ deposit (the most backward method I have ever seen).
