I had a truly disappointing experience at Budget Rental. The female agent (blonde braids, Crocs, no belt) was beyond unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She didn’t even greet me properly. Instead of a polite introduction, she gave me a dismissive hand gesture, clearly showing her lack of respect for a paying customer. What followed was worse. She walked out of the establishment, cursing loudly on the phone while my movers and I were left standing there, feeling uncomfortable and tense, as if a fight might break out. ... read more

I had an amazing experience with Avis, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Frank Neal the manager. Frank went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, from finding the perfect vehicle to handling last-minute changes with care and professionalism. His attentiveness, kindness, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I highly recommend this Avis location, especially with incredible team members.
