I recently visited this Avis location and was incredibly impressed by the team’s performance. I watched them manage phone calls and key handovers while efficiently juggling the cleaning and immediate turnaround of vehicles for waiting customers. DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS — SCAM ALERT Avis falsely accused me of damaging a windshield and charged me $600 for damage I did not cause. The vehicle was returned without issue, no damage was pointed out at drop-off, and yet days later they suddenly “found” windshield damage and billed me anyway. Title: Reserved one car, given something completely different Review text: Reserved a specific vehicle class with Avis, but at pickup I was given a completely different car that did not match what I booked. The car I received was inferior in space/comfort/features and did not meet the needs I planned this rental around. There was no real effort to find a comparable vehicle or to meaningfully acknowledge the inconvenience this caused.
