Very friendly and quick service. Gave me a good car Value for money
One of the worst location for Avis customers. Few items to highlight: - Quality of cars (I had a mechanical issue in the steering wheel and they asked me to contact Avis Customer Service even after I got car from them and close to their location) - Car cleanliness / hygiene in a very poor quality (I am not even sure if they clean car after customers passing hands) - Poor customer service to resolve issue even after they were fully aware of issues with car
NEVER BOOK A CAR HERE. I have a reservation for traveling out of state. They called me prior to time and said they are waiting for cars and going to call me back once available. Waited and called three times until end of the day, still same response. I had hotel reservations all got cancelled without refund just because of these people’s untrustworthy business practices.
