I am staying away from this place in the future. I made a reservation weeks in advance and confirmed the day before. Then, in the evening before the day of my reservation I was told that my 9 am car wouldn't be there until 11:30 am, and later on was told that not until 1:30 pm. It was also suggested to me that I should look for an alternative rental car elsewhere as there may not be a car available at all. I ended up calling Enterprise and was in a rental car a couple of hours later.
Simply Amazing !!!! It's all about Commitments and customer service. I rented car multiple times from this place and it has become my favorite. One time I booked on last minute on a very long weekend. Even then they arranged a great car for me. Another time I forgot to call them to keep 8 seaters for me after booking, even then they arranged a car for me. Work with Sunil, he knows this business and I am giving 5* rating because of his commitment and customer empathy, Keep it up Sunil !!!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AVIS LOCATION. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Their car availability is either completely inaccurate on the Avis system or intentionally misleading. I made a reservation, and just a few hours before pickup, I was told there were no cars available. The only car available in few hours is higher and we have to pay approximately $250 additional for it. I had a very disappointing experience at the Avis Cumming location with Reservation I booked an Intermediate SUV on April 8 for $180.19, with pickup scheduled for April 23. On April 21, I contacted the location to move pickup to April 22 at 5 PM. The manager agreed and updated my reservation, increasing the total to $219.89 due to an extra day, which I accepted.
