I wish that I could leave less than one star. The car was nice, but the people are rude. The best part? Being charged extra fees with no disclosure or explanation. You think you are saving money by opting for the smaller guys, but you end up paying more because they add extra once you've turned it in.
They don’t honor reservations made on Avis site.
It was such a disgusting worst experience we booked rental car online and they charged us everything and it says ready to pick up but when we reached there they said they don't have any available cars because everybody booked prior and then we call back they just apologize and all over our plan was just ruined up
