Called 3 different times before driving up there to get our rental to make sure our card would work. Got there and they didnt except the card.
Sean did a great job of taking care of me and my crew. He went above the call to make sure we had the vehicle that fit our needs. Excellent service and excellent price.
Great customer service! The guy explained all costs thoroughly to me. I was in and out quickly with a car too! I will definitely use Avis in the future
Avis Jefferson City location is fraud. They filed an accident report nearly a year after I rented a car from them with the goal to scam me out of $14,000. Ultimately, the photos I took before renting the car saved me from paying. Still can't beleive a company would be that sleezy. Advise you do not rent from this location ever.
Horrible not the vehicle we rented at all! Told us it was four-wheel drive and wasn't. We couldn't get up the road to our vacation rental!
