I used the app 3 days ahead to reserve a Camry at St Louis airport. Seems like plenty of time to be able to get that at an airport location. So I get to the airport and get on their shuttle to the lot and it's so full and I have to stand. Not a big deal but the driver takes every curve and pothole so fast that actual sitting might be a challenge. Great owner, easy out and back return....
Called 3 different times before driving up there to get our rental to make sure our card would work. Got there and they didnt except the card.
Sean did a great job of taking care of me and my crew. He went above the call to make sure we had the vehicle that fit our needs. Excellent service and excellent price.
Great customer service! The guy explained all costs thoroughly to me. I was in and out quickly with a car too! I will definitely use Avis in the future
