Unfortunately I can't give a lower rating. Picked up car. I was told their printer wasn't working and my rental agreement would be emailed to me. Over the course of the next 30 hours, I called multiple times as I had not received the agreement. The rental location never picked up their phone; it continuously rolled over to their national facility. Avis customer service could not get me the rental agreement. This place truly sucks. Prepaid for an SUV 2 months in advance. Went to pick it up and they had only a compact car. Then had to wait an extra 1.5hr for them to clean that car. Won't be back.
Do not count on this location to fulfill prepaid reservations. Have rented from here for work travel and have been turned away on three separate occasions because they do not have cars available. Will be using a different location and company moving forward.
Ashley was amazing! She was extremely personable and helpful. The Avis app screwed up the reservation but Ashley saved the day!
Don't rent from this place. Charged for extra day, because someone was lazy to check out my rental car when I returned.
