On the 21st day of January two thousand and eight I received a phone call about 10:00 pm and was asked to send a taxi to Richmond Mall and when arriving they cancel the taxi, Enterprise Rent A Car promised payment and because the customer didn't get in the cab all they offer me was $10 for my trouble when I lost other business what kind of business do they run?
