I have had the worse experience with Avis daughter ended up in the hospital I communicated this with them I even asked for it to be extended but no they wouldn't do it saying it was a system issue and now I have an extra 510 fee on my receipt, then when I called about it the manager said it was damage to the car when it came down to it I told him about the damage before I left with the rental he circled and initiated the damage on the inspection form but if I didn't call he was about to write it up against me when in fact he... read more

My fiancé and I had a reservation, called and spoke the the guy in the office and confirmed pick up at 4. We pay to Uber with our 3 year old daughter to pick up our reservation just to get here and find out this guy left early and despite confirming the reservation with him, there’s no way to pick it up. There was also another customer in the parking lot at 3:45 and they stated he left early because he wasn’t there either. He didn’t cancel our reservation either. Great service . But unfortunately I was lied to about the holding fee not only that but they charged it twice . If you want struggles and not have a good vacation come to these guys . I would not recommend ever again . They have some fraudulent action going on . With them stealing deposit and acting like they didn’t have written down . Last time I go to rent a car first time experience and last time . Wanted to rent a Tacoma like I put a deposit on and completely lied to and was told they never had a Tacoma in stock .
