I rent from here quite often, it’s usually a quick process, can be busy on the weekends. The crews are friendly and the cars are ready to go.
I have had the worse experience with Avis daughter ended up in the hospital I communicated this with them I even asked for it to be extended but no they wouldn't do it saying it was a system issue and now I have an extra 510 fee on my receipt, then when I called about it the manager said it was damage to the car when it came down to it I told him about the damage before I left with the rental he circled and initiated the damage on the inspection form but if I didn't call he was about to write it up against me when in fact he... read more
