DAVID at avis in Evansville helped me.
I reserved and paid for a Yukon Denali "or similar". When I showed up they had nothing similar. I was given a mini van. A dirty, beat up, mini van.This is not at all what I reserved or paid for. Customer service is a nightmare, and if you call a different airports location, no one ever answers.
The car is clean, pick up and drop off are very convenient and easy. Staff David and Drudas are efficient and polite.
