This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had renting a car. Mohammed and his team were top-notch—professional, friendly, and made everything seamless. The cars were clean, well-maintained, and exactly what you’d hope for. I’ll definitely be renting from this Avis location going forward. Thanks so much for the outstanding service!
***Update*** I was pleasantly surprised to discover this location has new owners and I had a completely different experience than prior visits. Mahamed and Abdul are personable, friendly, and helpful. Even when I ran into a problem, it was handled with great customer service. After my previous visits, I had deleted my Avis account and switched companies, however, going forward, I will not hesitate to rent from this location. Abdul is the freaking man. I felt a warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Amazing customer service and he treats you like a lifelong friend. His friend was also super chill. Highly recommend!
Amazing experience from start to finish. The service was top tier and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. They took really good care of me, made the whole process smooth, and went out of his way to make sure everything was set up perfectly. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed.
