My fiancé and I reserved a compact car about a week ago. To our dismay, the online system overbooked cars that were not available once we got there. Fortunately for us, Audra saved the day. She managed to find us a substitute car miraculously despite the system messing up. Her customer service was outstanding given the stressful situation and made us feel at ease. AVIS/Budget is lucky to have an employee like Audra, as we were lucky to have someone who is truly looking out for the customers' best interests.

Will charge for 2 days even though there is delay in giving car. Tried reaching out multiple times with no luck. Wrong start time. How can charge with start time of 4:58 am when the location open at 9:00 am?? Received car around 5:15 pm and returned back at same time still charged for entire day.

I have been a customer of this AVIS location for many years and always have great service. Very quick in and out. Mike and Audra are friendly and helpful, even when they only have limited amount of cars to work with at their location. Bravo!!!

picked the car up at Newark airport smelled like smoke did not have time to wait in line again. i went to budget car rental at 1300 Rt 34 Aberdeen, NJ. Audra took the car to the back had it washed and freshen it up. thanks so much

I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a car in the area! The couple that runs this place is very friendly, helpful, and kind. Very quick and easy to get our car here. Happy with the service and quality of cars offered!
