I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a car in the area! The couple that runs this place is very friendly, helpful, and kind. Very quick and easy to get our car here. Happy with the service and quality of cars offered!
Worst place EVER Horrible customer service and they sent us out with a car with 3 bad tires and we were traveling from New Jersey to Florida luckily for us the people in St Augustine were Fantastic God was definitely with us .Even though I couldn’t post this with no stars they get negative 10 stars
Lady at counter- So amazing.
They gave me a dirty car full of marijuana smoke inside with paint writings on the front right window saying they have no other vehicle. Had to return it and find another rental car place. Pure disappointment.
