Rental reserved at this location. When I went out to inspect the vehicle found both front tires beyond the wear indicator. No other cars available I was told unless I wanted to drive the vehicle to another location for exchange. Cancelled the rental. No real attempt to provide (any) customer service. Oh, and I have Presidents Club status.

Lazy. Lazy. Lazy. Picked up a car that was filthy. There was a film on the inside of the windshield. I'm guessing they've never cleaned it. The car had 1/2 a tank of gas. I alerted the agent, who took note. When I returned the car with the same amount of fuel, they charged my credit card to fill up the car. Calling them is pointless. I had to call AVIS to get the charges reversed. This franchisee is terrible.

Called in an emergency and no agents pick up the phone, transferred to main swith board and no help at all 😡😡

It is a common practice for them to confirm a reservation for a car that they don’t have. I’m not talking about a specific model, but a type of car. This is the third time that I have reserved a 7-seater through the Avis website, and when I come to pick it up, the response is always, “I don’t see your reservation because we canceled it due to not having the car.” So, they offer something they don’t have, and it ends up being my fault as a customer.

Car had a cracked windshield, needed oil change, low tire pressure, not a full tank of gas, dirty, and full of dog hair. The attendant also wrote incorrect miles on my contract. The contract said starting miles was 19700 when it was actually 21606. When I mentioned this, the options were "take it or leave it"
