⭐⭐☆☆☆ I want to start by saying that the agent who assisted me at the Avis location at 2100 Terminal Dr., Florence, SC 29506 was friendly, courteous, and professional. My issue is not with the employee—it is with the condition of the vehicle that was rented to me. After my original rental experienced a tire blowout, I came to this location to exchange vehicles. Came to the rental company Avis in Florence sc and a young man name Colton was so helpful had no idea that I was in a different car until I tried to exchange the vehicle. That being said I’m in a trailblazer, but they have me registered for A equinox but guess what he clean the car for me and I didn’t have to exchange it. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 thank you so much 100/100 made my Day.
