This branch claims that they closed for business since Jan 1st however avis.com and Google both don't reflect that People complain that they are being sent to the airport to pickup their rentals and then are hit 5x the price The airport does not honor the reservations made at the branch (which offer lower - off airport rates) and this drives people nuts How come if the place was closed since the beginning of the year Avis corporate nor Google knows about it???
Staff doesnt know their process and doesnt seem to care. Make the customer do all the legwork just to get basics like a receipt.
Quick to Rob you but not at all quick to refund you. Been waiting 2 months for the extra charges that they themselves said weren't needed to be reversed. Still missing $250. May never rent from them again after being an avid user
He couldn't get a rental without a credit card because he was from out of state.
