I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Avis Glenn Bernie, and I must say that their customer service is truly exceptional. The entire team, including Teddy and Melvin, provided outstanding service that surpassed my expectations.
Paid close to half of a car payment to rent a car, not even for 2 full days. Got there to pick it up and they asked for the security deposit. Went to pay the security deposit and the guy said there was a freeze on my card! The same card I had just used to pay for the rental! Called the bank and they said there was no attempt to process the payment and there was no hold on my card! Come to find out, it was that my credit report was frozen!
