Paid close to half of a car payment to rent a car, not even for 2 full days. Got there to pick it up and they asked for the security deposit. Went to pay the security deposit and the guy said there was a freeze on my card! The same card I had just used to pay for the rental! Called the bank and they said there was no attempt to process the payment and there was no hold on my card! Come to find out, it was that my credit report was frozen! Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to several Avis car rental locations, but this one was by far the worst. The employees were extremely disrespectful and spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. I can’t even fully explain how frustrating the experience was. Please avoid this location and choose a different one.
