My experience with this Avis location was extremely disappointing due to the level of customer service I received. The employee who assisted me, Tedi, came across as rude and dismissive from the beginning of our interaction. When I presented my Visa Debit Cash App card, he declined it, stating that it was a prepaid card. This place ripped me off, they didn't have the luxury car I rented so they gave me an SUV. When they changed cars they charged me full insurance when I declined on my reservation. When I brought it to their attention there was nothing they could do about it
