Easy rental and car was ready as scheduled both times I booked. Tedi was super helpful, kind and made the process quick and seamless.

My experience with this Avis location was extremely disappointing due to the level of customer service I received. The employee who assisted me, Tedi, came across as rude and dismissive from the beginning of our interaction. When I presented my Visa Debit Cash App card, he declined it, stating that it was a prepaid card.
