Cole at Avis has been wonderful. I’m in an extended rental situation and with every need and request he has been very accommodating and helpful. Will rent with Avis Bend again 10/10

I reserved a Standard vehicle and when I arrived to pick it up, was told that they were out of that vehicle so I could upgrade to a Full-size vehicle for an additional cost. When I asked if there was anything in a lower category I was told that only Full-size and up were left. I questioned the upgrade charge and was told that it was required. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO CHARGE FOR AN UPGRADE IF THE VEHICLE CATEGORY RESERVED IS NOT AVAILABLE. Also, the person said their printer was down so I could not get a printed copy of the r... read more

Miss the old person that used to work there, she was very nice and always in a good mood always happy to help, which in turn we would be happy to help her in any way. They have since moved her somewhere else and replaced her with someone that is very rude, has bad business practices and a very large ego, he talks down on customers to other customers. We rent multiple vehicles every week from them and will not be doing so thus far, we have decided to just buy and maintain our own vehicles just because of him. We don't not rec... read more
