The guy here was so friendly and nice, I almost didn't believe I was at an Avis.
Miss the old person that used to work there, she was very nice and always in a good mood always happy to help, which in turn we would be happy to help her in any way. They have since moved her somewhere else and replaced her with someone that is very rude, has bad business practices and a very large ego, he talks down on customers to other customers. I called to extend for a day. The local office had the called forwarded. I talked to someone with broken English and said it would be another $42.00 dollars to keep is a day. Recited the bill and it was 77.0) additionally, plus a $12 extension fee. Neither were discussed per conversation. The gal at the local office called the day the car was originally to be retuned asking where there car was?? Now I’ve been on the phone 27 minutes so far waiting to talk to a supervisor… do not rent here you will regret it.
The team here has always done a great job for us. The rental process is simple and quick.
