Prepaid for a rental on husbands card Called 4 times to make sure it was ok that i use his bank card since the car was in my name. I was told yes everytime as long as he was with me, and provided his ID. The pink haired lady behind the counter was rude as soon as i walked in. Refused to let me rent the car since i was using my husbands bank card for the deposite saying the card had to be in my name, since the car was under my name. Normally don't do reviews but THIS place sucks. It's basically useless.... Reserved a car a week ahead of time thinking I'll have no issues and just walk in pay and leave with rental.. WRONG not that simple. Called at least a dozen times at 9am sharp just to confirm everything is good to go. No answer phones. Get a ride there. Only to find out they don't have a car available and I'll be put on a wait list. There esxuae was OHare was getting some cars from them today? ... After over 30 calls over a 3 day period it’s safe to say they don’t answer the phone. Went I went in the gentleman said they call everyone back which is a flat out lie.
