My husband and I have been renting monthly from Avis Mishawaka since July, and I can’t say enough good things about Sheere! Every single time, Sheere at the front desk takes such great care of us, she is friendly, helpful, and always makes the process so easy. Honestly, I would recommend this place 100 times over. My experience was amazing. It was the week of Norte Dame and everyone was sold out. I reserved a car at southbend air port only to find out they didnt have my rental. Last resort I tried avis on grape road. Initially I was turned away but Sheree (think I spelled it right) worked magic and got me a rental. Prepaid for a rental on husbands card Called 4 times to make sure it was ok that i use his bank card since the car was in my name. I was told yes everytime as long as he was with me, and provided his ID. The pink haired lady behind the counter was rude as soon as i walked in. Refused to let me rent the car since i was using my husbands bank card for the deposite saying the card had to be in my name, since the car was under my name.
