I made a reservation at this location, but when I arrived, there were no vehicles available. I never received a phone call or text message letting me know ahead of time. The clerk at the desk was neither helpful nor courteous, offering no solution or apology. I ended up having to make a rental 45 minutes away at the airport, which was a huge inconvenience. Very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
Love this place. Quick drive from my house, and they always have a clean car ready to go for me. Friendly and helpful staff always on deck. They have a customer for life.
Avis in the KCK community is priceless. The owner/manager is awesome and so accommodating for customers. Love this location!
