The gentleman working here is very professional and friendly. He's very helpful.
Not pleased with this location! I had a mini van rented for over 8 mths ahead. I get 1/2 block from the location to pick up my rental, I get a call that they do not have a mini van. He advised he had 4 the day before. I had to go to.another location 30 mini away to get a van. I will not be using this location again.
We went to this location at the last minute when another local company had no cars to rent despite accepting our reservation. We got there right at closing time and the store was already locked and the agent was on the lot securing cars. He very pleasently reopened the office, fire the computers back up and took care of our reservation. Very friendly, polite and professional. I do not rent a lot of cars but in the future this will be my first choice. Thank you, from a very satisfied customer.
