I have rental several cars from this location and AVIS and this staff is friendly and easy to work with. When it's easy it's a no Brainerd of where to get your next rental from.

Having had a horrible time with Enterprise, I contacted Aves. They answered the PHONE !!! Maybe enterprise employees should try this out. We asked about inventory and what we needed, he had it in stock. We arrived there, he was courteous (Enterprise take note another trick you should learn), took our information and within 15 min we were on our way.. I am SOLD, I can not ask for anything better.

I rented a car on Avis website and paid in advance. When I arrived, there was not car available, no options given, and simply said I have another customer to attend. I asked for options and she said you can go to another location and see if you have better luck. Now I'm stuck trying to get a refund since I pre-paid. The lack of regard for the customers is just unbelievable.
