Great customer service
the worst experience ever ! they tried to rent me a vehicle in very bad condition and have very bad tiers . the front desk guy was very tough . I canceled my reservation and went to another branch . I got a new car has 5000 miles only and in great condition.
Very good 7 seater SUV. Had no issues. The front desk person was very friendly and answered all questions. Pick up and return was less than 5 minutes.
Poor customer service I had a very disappointing experience at Avis. The employee asked me to go get my credit card, but when I returned a few minutes later, he told me there were no cars available. He was also very rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I understand that availability can change, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. I expected much better customer service.
