Worst rental experience ever. The Indian guy at the front desk (I don’t know his name) is utterly rude and disrespectful. I rented the car only for one day, then I was charged $450 for the dog hair cleaning fee. My dog only stayed in the car for 3-4 hrs, and he is short haired. $450? What the hell? I can do a luxury detailing with that amount of $. Indian guy said ‘you are not supposed to bring a dog to a rental car.’ Says who? Don’t even bother, thought I could look past the reviews to just get a quick rental car but regret it, came on time for checking in for a reservation, many people in line for service with no one at the counter. Also maybe rent out cars only based on availability and not be so rude. Cancelled my reservation same day and just know I’m disputing the $150 cancellation fee.
Your customer service is disgusting! Why do they close at 5:50 when it's supposed to be at 6?
